We offer international shipping to the European Union (EU) and the United States (USA).

 

⏱ Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

 

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• European Union (EU): 5–12 business days
• United States (USA): 7–15 business day
  

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high demand, holidays, customs processing, or factors outside our control.

💰 Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We may offer free shipping during promotions or on orders over a specified amount, when applicable.

 

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes

 

For EU orders, applicable VAT is included where required by law.

For USA orders, customs duties or local taxes may apply in accordance with local regulations.

Customers will not be charged any hidden fees without being informed at checkout.

📦 Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

⚠️ Delays

 

Shape Nordic is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to assist you.

🏠 Incorrect Address

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.
